  • Private community group for motivation and fun challenges.

  • Equipment needed: Mat/kneeling pad, chair.  Resistance bands/dumbbells (optional). 

Gym Journey

If it doesn’t challenge you, then it won’t change you!  This 60 day journey was created for anyone who wants to improve their performance in the gym. 

In this program we focus on building and maintaining lean muscle mass and decreasing body fat all while maintaining a balanced nutrition.

  •  A 12 week comprehensive workout program and nutrition guide.
  • Healthy nutritious recipes to keep you motivated, energised and aid in recovery.
  • Video tutorials of exercises.

  • Bi-weekly check-ins. 
  • How to recover and stay injury-free.
  • How to avoid/overcome plateaus.
  • Tools needed to achieve a winning mindset, boost confidence, manage stress and enjoy the journey to a better, fitter, stronger and happier you.

Home-based Workout

As is often said, variety is the spice of life! Exercising at home can prove difficult and monotonous for some without professional guidance. 

This program is for the individual seeking to intensify their training at home with minimal equipment, bodyweight and or resistance bands. 

Included in this program :

  • 6 Week Workout program targeting fat loss, muscle building, agility and recovery.
  •  Nutrition Guide to accompany the full program, detailing portion control, meal timing and how to eat to achieve your needs.
  • Delicious and nutritious recipes that includes substitutes to accommodate food allergies/sensitivities. 
  • Video tutorials of each movement to assist you in performing movements with the proper form.
  • Confidence building affirmations and weekly progress check-ins to keep you motivated, accountable and disciplined on your journey.
