Such an awesome trainer! We trained as a couple with Pamela. She was very organized when it came to our workout regimen. Always inquired about our eating habits and had us journal our meals, etc. Most of all she worked along with our pace when it came to the exercises, and was very encouraging throughout each session. Even at times we were unable to workout with her, she still checked in to see how we were doing with exercising. We would definitely recommend, and have recommended her as a trainer to our friends and family.

I was recommended Pam by my physiotherapist, because I had pain in my knees. I started training with Pam 6 months ago (June 2021) and I'm very happy with the results. The exercises are different during each session, they include body weight and different machines in her training room. She knows exactly how to reinforce muscles and I’m pleased with the results . When I decided that I wanted to live more healthily, while increasing my strength and muscle tone, my boyfriend (at the time) recommended his friend and personal trainer, Pam,as he was working with her and was impressed by the results he was getting. He was 100% confident that she could do the same for what I wanted to accomplish for my body.

Pam is someone I enjoyed working with; I found her to be extremely reliable because she was always on time and ready to go. It was evident that she took the time to think through what I told her my goals were and created daily routines accordingly. She was always patient and kind, but firm in getting the work that she had planned accomplished.

Pam also emphasized on the nutrition that was needed in order to get the desired results, and made sure to keep me accountable about what I was eating and how many times I was eating etc. Additionally, she is a great motivator / coach and stayed positive and persistent about what we wanted to accomplish and she made me believe that my body can do what I put my mind to.

As a result, I pushed harder, made the necessary adjustments to my diet and I saw gradual results especially in non-scale victories such as, increase in strength, increase in muscle tone and positive change in measurements. After I left Antigua to live and study, Pam continued to encourage and motivate me, and kept track of my progress and I was able to achieve the body I always wished I had. I would HIGHLY recommend Pam to anyone seriously looking to improve their physique and general health and fitness; she is the REAL DEAL!

I trained with Pam right after I had my daughter. I’ve known Pamela since my high school days. However, After I graduated, I left for medical school but we still stayed in contact via Facebook. Later on, I realized that she had done her fitness training qualifications and I thought that I’d give her services a try, as I had developed muscular atrophy and weakness from an autoimmune condition I had experienced called Guillian Barre Stroll (GBS) while in medical school.

As we began our routine I noticed that she was persistent, precise with time, PROPER FORM (important) and was organized with her daily and weekly exercise plans. She knows how to be a firm motivator without being overly forceful, knows when you’ve not given your all (as yet) and pushes you to get it done. She has knowledge with regards to diet plans needed to gain weight (yea it’s not just eating junk food) or to lose weight (and again it’s not just starving yourself).

With Pamela as my trainer after 1 year, I felt a lot more confident in myself with regards to my muscular structure as I now had defined shoulders, biceps, triceps, abs and don’t forget the legs, where bones (atrophied muscle) used to be. Went from barely squatting an empty bar to squatting 315 lbs (5 reps). Due to belief in my trainer (Pam) and myself I even thought of competing in the national body building competition.

Overall as a trainer, I would highly recommend her no matter where you are in your fitness journey as I have seen my body, and confidence in it, transform from ‘meh’ to amazing.
