About

Hi, I’m Pamela Belle-Henry!  I am full of life and positive vibes.  I am known for bringing out the best in my clients both physically and mentally. I was born in Nairobi, Kenya and raised in the beautiful island of Antigua and Barbuda. My exuberance, life experiences and positive outlook on life has enabled me to connect with men and women of different backgrounds and ages.

I am a Professional Health coach, Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist.  I completed these studies at the ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) I hold the 2015 title of IFBB National Female Fitness Champion of Antigua and Barbuda.

My journey started as a personal weight loss journey back in 2009.  Prior to that, I was introduced to weightlifting while in college in 2002.  Something I did as an after-college pastime however, life happened and throughout the years my weight fluctuated a lot!  I was my heaviest in 2009 clocking a whopping 197lbs /89kgs.  Returning to the gym and weight training was therapeutic and I committed to working out Mon-Friday at 5am.  I consistently showed up each day without excuses, just sheer determination to be my best version.  A plus to this journey was having  an amazing Coach (Steve Williams) who not only instructed me on how to eat and exercise, but was a mentor who taught me a lot about exercises, nutrition timing and basic anatomy and was always willing to answer questions that I had.

Throughout the years, he noticed my determination and willingness to learn and evolve and he encouraged me to try out the sport of bodybuilding and fitness.  I was reluctant and refused initially but then decided to give it a try in 2012.  An experience that I will never forget as it requires an immense amount of focus and discipline.  I enjoyed the process as difficult as it was and decided to improve and continue competing each year until I became victorious and won gold in 2015.

My passion for health and fitness goes beyond a competitive bodybuilding stage, in fact, 2015 was the last year I competed.  I am still an avid lover and follower of the sport and I do intend to grace the stage again one day.  However, my life has taken on a different path, keeping fit and healthy without the pressure of preparing for a competition but the main goal of longevity.

My goal is to live life fully, enjoy it and be an inspiration to everyone I interact with.  Everyone has a unique journey and no matter what obstacles you may face, you have to keep going. Understanding that it is a lifestyle and there is no finish line.  It goes beyond physical appearance, weight loss, or the number on a scale.  My approach to training clients is holistic and incorporates the entire being, cultivating a positive mindset, building confidence, longevity, and a worthwhile, fulfilling lifestyle. There will be some really good days and also very tough days but don’t ever quit on yourself and your dreams.

I aspire to inspire before I expire!

      With Love,
